Hi, I Suffer From Silent Urinary Tract Infections And Recently

Hi, I suffer from silent urinary tract infections and recently had my left kidney removed. I've been getting dull pain in my right side for the last two weeks and went to doctor and provided urine sample. The doctor said there was a lot of pus on my urine and she'd send the sample off to get tested. She put me on a 3 day course of antibiotics. I've called surgery today for results and they've said my urine sample is clear. I'm confused and don't know if I should go back to doctors or not? I'm still getting dull pain.
