I suffer with pcos I have not been to the doctors cause of not wanting to take birth control an other stuff that won't work,I'm from the Caribbean an I don't think they do drilling of the ovaries here,ill like to try an natural way of getting rid of my pcos any help will be greatly appreciated!!
