Hi I Suffer With Severe Stomach Pain And Right Side

Hi I suffer with severe stomach pain and right side pain several hours after eating, bloods and abdominal scan were normal. It usually wakes me up in early hours of the morning. I eat healthily but have a lot of fruit.
