Hi, I Suffer With Terrible Skin Tags Around My Labia

Hi, I suffer with terrible skin tags around my labia and surrounding my vulva. However it's never caused a problem. Just this last week has it been incredibly sore and uncomfortable but my sex life has been nothing out the ordinary and no different soaps have been used. Is there anything I can do to sort of relieve the uncomfortable feeling?
