Hi, I Suffered From A Throat Pain And Took Novaclox-LB

Hi,
I suffered from a throat pain and took Novaclox-LB for 3 days. The pain was gone but since then there was a feeling of itchiness in my throat. And recently my voice has disappeared and am unable to speak a sentence. Seems like my throat is empty and has no vocal chord. I have continuous urge of clearing my throat. I went to see a doctor yesterday and he suggested me Azithral-500 for 3 days. Will this also bring my voice back or I need to go for some further medication or therapy.
