Hi I suffered from depression o was on tablets but had to come off them as I'm pregnant I'm feeling so down don't want to talk to anyone I have everything I also hoped for but nothing makes me happy is there anything I can do to make things better I just don't want to wash eat talk I just don't want to do a thing have ya any advice please
