Hi, I Sustained/incurred An Injury To Both Of My Index

Hi,
I sustained/incurred an injury to both of my index fingers through falling and landing on hands and trying to ascertain/determine if A. BROKEN B. SIMPLE FRACTURE C. SEVERE SPRAIN?? Both of them are very swollen and have limited movement ie. can only ben/flex halfway without hurting............... Diagnosis?????
