Hi, I Swallowed A Very Hot French Fry The Other

Hi, I swallowed a very hot french fry the other day. It was very hot and a day later, I am having much pain swallowing food, and pressure behind the breastbone. As the fry was going down my throat, it was a painful process, I should have spit it out but my reflex was to swallow it.

I also seem to have some increased reflux.

It seems I may have hurt myself
