Hi I Take 150 Mg Of Effexor Xr Once A

Hi I take 150 mg of Effexor Xr once a day I also take 15 mg oxycodone 3 times a day and 30 mg morphine sulfate , I am having sexual issues like loss of Libido I take the Effexor for depression and anxiety the oxycodone and morphine for back issues with spinal fusion. What I would like to know is there a different antidepressant that I could take that might help with those issues? Thank you
