Hi I Take 25 Mg Of Spirolactone Once A Day

Hi I take 25 mg of spirolactone once a day (at night before bed) for acne and I know the label says to use caution while drinking. Usually if I do drink I just won't take a pill that night but I've been wondering. Is it really okay to drink and take it? I feel like it is bc nothing has happened. Also can I smoke weed while on it? I've never smoked before so I wouldn't know if I was having a reaction. And lastly I've been taking it for months but only recently have I had symptoms and it's only one symptom which is dizziness. The dizziness isn't severe at all. It just feels like I turned my head too quickly and my eyes didnt shut so everything is blurry for a second (very similar to if you were taking a video and swivel the camera to another direction and for those few second while it swivels everything is blurry)
