Hi. I Take 30 Mg Of Vyvans, 150 Mg Of

Hi. I take 30 mg of Vyvans, 150 mg of Wellbutrin XL and 187.5 mg of Effexor XR. Are there interactions between those medications I should know about, and could it be dangerous? I'm worried because my diastolic arterial pressure is now up to 90.
