Hi! I Take Duphaston Pills Evert Month To Regularize My

Hi! I take duphaston pills evert month to regularize my period. I have PCOS. My doctor said that I must take it every 7th of the month, twice a day for 5 straight days. I usually take a pill 8am then 8pm. Yesterday was supposedly my first day to take the does but I forgot to take it in the morning, i just remembered by night and i immediately took a pill around 630 pm. Im thinking to take the missed dose today, 8am and another 2 doses all for today by 2pm and 8pm so i can go back to my orginal routine. Am i doing the righy way? Please help. Thank you very much!!!
