Hi, I take these medications losartin 25 mg, clopidegrel 75 mg, simvastatin 40mg along with 81 mg aspirin. I occasionally have an issue keeping an erection thru completion of sexual activity. Are there supplements that are safe and compatible that I could consider. my high blood pressure is in a safe range due to medications i take and diet changes.
