Hi, I Tested Positive On Serveral Different Pregnancy Test, However

Hi, I tested positive on serveral different pregnancy test, however I started bleeding, I was told in a first scan I was probably miscarrying and was sent to do a pelvic ultrasound, the ultrasound just found a mildly thicken endometrium,rpoc was suggested, a inhomogeneous anterverted uterus.. does this mean I miscarried or still a chance im pregnant and the just cant locate ?
