Hi! I Think I Had Some Type Of Insect In

Hi! I think I had some type of insect in the leg of my pants yesterday that bit me. It doesn't seem to be a bed bug bite but it's very swollen in two areas like a pancake under my skin on my left leg and it's spreading. Benadryl wasnt helpful for the itching but I only took one at 1pm.
