Hi, I Think I Have A Bladder/kidney/urinary Tract Infection And

Hi, I think I have a bladder/kidney/urinary tract infection and I have some Levofloxacin but was not sure if it was ok to take with my other meds! I take Metformin ER 500mg w tab 2x per day, Januvia 100 mg 1x per day, Lisinopril 10 mg 1x per day, Atorvastatin 20 mg 1x per day, Diclofenac Sodium Delayed Release Tablets 75mg 1 tab 2x per day, Fluoxetine HCL 10 mg 1x per day, and Esomeprazole Magnesium Delayed Release capsules 40 mg 1 cap 2x per day.
