Hi, I Think I Have An Ankle Sprain But I

Hi, I think I have an ankle sprain but I am not certain. There is swelling and I am getting pins and needles very bad some times they last about 20 mins go for a few minutes and come back. The colour of my skin is red in the sore part. The pain is very bad and this is my 3rd day with it. I have not seen a doctor yet would you recommend I see one?? Thanks
