Hi, I think have some kind of vaginal infection. I have a lot more discharge than usual, and it's kind of yellow. it's burning during urination and vaginal intercourse. It has been going on for a month. It get worse now, and it bleed a little sometimes. Is there any non prescription medicine or cream that I can use?
