Hi, I Think I Got A Really Bad Flu Last

Hi, I think i got a really bad flu last month that had headaches, body aches and high fever which lasted for 3 days as a symptom. Since then every week I have been getting fevers with mild headaches. Right now I have a fever and a sore throat. I have not been sleeping that much either which is making everything worse.
