Hi. I think i spained my back pretty bad. Im a 31 year old male about 5'9, 135lb. Its been a week and i can feel some small progress in recovery. R.I.C.E alot, but some days couldnt move much at all. Im woundering why im getting pain referd to my lumbar spinouse processes? When i bend down. And can a sprained back also refer pain to you abdomin? maybe qudratious lumborum spasms. Cause i felt that pain alot durring the week.
