Hi I Think That I Had A Tubal Pregnancy And

Hi I think that I had a tubal pregnancy and now I have been bleeding for over twenty days. The doctor treated me for a bladder infection but after I took the Cipro I still had the stomach pain. I had a cycle for 2 weeks and then spotting for about a week. Than I went back to the doctor and they did an ultra sound but saw nothing. My cycle is back on and very heavy. She said that the fibroids that she saw a year ago did not grow? Should I go back again?
