Hi I Though I Have Bronchitis Because Every Time I

Hi I though I have bronchitis because every time I get sick I get it due to asthma. Last night around 7:30pm this horrible pain under right under right boob is throbbing so bad. Never in my life with bronchitis have I ever felt this pain. What can it be? Pulled muscle , puenomia. I just finished my Z pak but this pain is awful and I had back surgery 8weeks ago this Tuesday. Had a horrible bladder UTI. TOMORROW my last day on that medicine. I'm just trying to wait it out but this is scary to me 25 years and never experience anything like this.
