Hi. I Thought I Had A UTI And I Went

Hi. I thought I had a UTI and I went to the nurse and they gave me antibiotics (trimethoprim). I have finished the course and I still have a burning sensation and the need to pee. Could I have clymadia or thrush? Wouldnt the antibiotics have killed of the clymidia? Please don't just tell me to go to a gp as I am flying to mexico tomorrow morning
