Hi, I Thought I Was Getting Over What Seemed To

Hi, I thought I was getting over what seemed to be a stomach bug, nauseous after eating, diarrhea, and very sleepy, but now my stomach is tender to touch, I've been having to urinate a lot, and my stomach and back hurt... I'm not really sure what's going on.. Thanks!
