Hi I Took 2 500mg Of Azithromycin Yesterday..Because I Was

Hi I took 2 500mg of azithromycin yesterday..Because I was paranoid I had an Std.
Today all day I've had watery brown discharge and a slight buring feeling down below..and not to be too crude I looked inside of me and it looked like raised red bumps inside of my vagina..also I have cervix pain.
Could this be due to the medication.
