Hi! I Took 2 Escapelle Pills(progestin Only) In The Span

Hi! I took 2 Escapelle pills(progestin only) in the span of a cycle. My second and last pill is on the 31st of march. I started bleeding from 5th of april slightly and amount increased till 8th whr blood was red like a normal period and back to brownish till now, the 10th. Period is due on 14th, experiencing bloating & breast tenderness. Should i be worried?
