I took 3mg of melatonin Saturday evening. It is now Monday, the second day in a row I have been incredibly dizzy the entire day. It was even hard to get out of bed as the room just keeps spinning. Is this something that will go away on it's own or should I seek medical attention. I am really starting to get worried.
