Hi, I Took Nexium 22.3 Mg This Morning (x 2

Hi, I took Nexium 22.3 mg this morning (x 2 days) and Zantac 150 mg this afternoon for a highly erosive/scorched espophageal passage x 5 weeks. Mucus building up still. Can I take Gaviscon tonight to help me sleep without the mucus building up and choking me, or can I take Nexium again tonight? Have raised the bed, but not helping much. Mucus and scorched even during day when I am upright.
