Hi, I Took A Laxative Last Night And Ever Since

Hi,
I took a laxative last night and ever since 3 AM I have been in immense pain. I have near constant diarrhea and there is now blood coming out of it. I haven't eaten and I really need to in order to take my pain medication for my wisdom tooth removal.
