Hi, I Took A Morning After Pill Today, I'm Vervous

Hi, I took a morning after pill today, I'm vervous about side effects- I didn't have any all day but this evening have felt a bit nauseous, i feel OK now, but nervous, was just wondering if it's because of the morning after pill that i'm feeling this way now and how long it lasts for? or if the side effects shouldn't lat this long/if i haven't epxirnced them all day is it something else? sorry for lengthy question please help!!
