Hi, I Took A Plan B On Thursday Last Week

I took a plan b on Thursday last week felt some abdominal cramping 12 hrs after and then nothing until today Monday morning I had a blood clot. I didn't bleed after or before. It was jus the one clot and I do have abdominal cramping. I jus ended my period on the 14th so Im not sure what the cause is? Does plan b cause these systems ? I shouldn't have my period for at least 2 more weeks...
