Hi I took a serc tablet at 6:30pm as I was starting to feel slightly dizzy as I sometimes suffer from vertigo

Although I have a job interview tomorrow and am quite nervous I also suffer from slight anxiety I usually have 1 Valium per month. Bit as I'm wanting to be calm for my interview tomorrow ...,is it now safe to take a 5mg Valium between 7-7:30pm ?
