Hi, I Took A Tumble Last Sunday And Injured The

Hi, I took a tumble last sunday and injured the tailbone once again. Xrays showed no fractured but the Dr just shook his head as to the cocxxy? Said it was a mess...ok, nothing more was said and with a prescription I was sent home!!!! No answers or where to search for help. My lower back borns and I feel like I am in a cast of cement. What is going on?
