Hi I Took Cytotec Misoprostol 3 Days Ago And Bleed

Hi I took cytotec misoprostol 3 days ago and bleed for hours (heavily) 2 big tissues fell off and its started subsiding. I think I was just 4weeks pregnant. But since I wasn't satisfied with the number of days I bleed I took another dose of 800g and had a slight bleeding on a drop. Now 2days after am having diarrhea. Was the abortion completed.?.
