Hi I Took Microbid 100 Mg 1 Last Night 1

Hi I took microbid 100 mg 1 last night 1 this morning w food ive been feeling sick all day nausea hot cold weak neck pain, I've taken this a few times in the last year but this time I feel horrible. I seem to be having alot of uranary infection this year. Can you tell me how to flush this out of my system please
