Hi, I Took Plan B About 3 Times Within About

Hi, I took plan b about 3 times within about a week and a half, but I started expierecing spotting. I thought to believe that it was my period, but then I realized that I only bleed whenever I have to urinate. I unfortunately don't know what could be wrong, at first I thought it was implantation bleeding, could you help me out? What could it be.
