Hi, I Took The Canesten Pessary Yesterday, Early Evening Time.

Hi, I took the canesten pessary yesterday, early evening time. I woke up at 4 this morning and had abdominal pains and was bleeding. I'm due on my period but I'm a few days late and normally a lot heavier. Could this be just because of the thrush treatment and if so how long will the bleeding last for?
