Hi. I Took The Pill For The Abortion. I Am

Hi. I took the pill for the abortion. I am 18. a few weeks after taking the pill my discharge has been very thick and a white color. It has not been normal. I never had this problem before i took the pill. I haven't had sex with anybody else other than the person i did with before the pill and neither has he. what could this be? Could my ph level be off from the abortion? could I have an infection from the abortion?
