Hi, I Took The Plan B Pill Two Days After

Hi, I took the plan B pill two days after unprotected sex. a couple weeks later I had some cramping and brown blood. about three weeks after the unprotected sex I took 3 pregnancy tests and all were negative. a couple weeks after that I began throwing up and my boobs are still sore. I went to a clinic and they did a urine and blood test and said it was inconclusive. would the plan b pill do all this or could I actually be pregnant?
