Hi. I Took The Pregnancy Test At Home Which Came

Hi. I took the pregnancy test at home which came positive. After that i went to a gynacologist and got an ultrasound. She confirmed my pregnancy to be 5.4 weeks. I took mifepriston 200mg. After 24 hours i took 2 tablet of misoprostol 200 mg and then after 12 hours again 2 tablet of misoprostol. I had painful cramps after taking misoprostol and started bleeding after 4 and a half hours. It was bleeding along with blood clots. This happened only the first day.
My concern is that after taking the second dose of misoprostol i did not bleed heavily nor did experience any cramps. Bleeding is very very minimal. What does this indicate? Do i need to worry about anything?
