Hi, I Tried Smoking Meth For The First Time And

Hi, I tried smoking meth for the first time and WONT BE DOING IT AGAIN! I am HIV positive and undetectable.. Last Tcell count 1645. After smoking for 3 days with some sleep I decided I should do an enema. I have an output of dark-yellow colored water consistent with the way urine looks after taking a multivitamin. Along with that are what appears to be some black mucusy plugs. No pain is associated with this and I actually feel a lot better. I'm wondering if you can tell me what the yellow is from. I haven't ingested anything that should turn my stool that color. My first thought was liver??? Thank you ... Your help would be much appreciated!
