Hi , I Tripped Over My Dog , Went Forward

Hi , I tripped over my dog , went forward quickly but caught myself on a chair, felt something pop or move in my lower back , immediate pain and now I have an indent to the left side of my spine...like the smaller barely there indent on the right ,only this is deep
