Can I Take M2 Tone Along With Q-Zim Q, Multivitamins, And Folic Acid For Conception?

Hi, I try to conceive and for that I consult a doctor She gives me Q-zim q capsules Multivitamin and folic acid tablets Still no result Plz let me know can I take M2 tone with above medication or not. Also suggest for better results Thanks in advance
