Hi, I Understand That Children Our At Higher Risk For

Hi, I understand that children our at higher risk for getting roundworms that are present in kittens. Well, a few weeks ago my 2, 2 year olds, and as well my 3 year old was playing in the feces (cat litter). Now they done this a few times within the first couple weeks of having them, and I didn't know my kittens had worms. However, I knew that I was going to deworm them even if I seen them present or not, just didn't get to as soon as I wanted and now one of my kittens vomited up about 6-7 last night. I am so paranoid now. What do I do?
