Hi, I Used To Have Acne When I Was 17-18

Hi,
I used to have acne when i was 17-18 years old. Then it all stopped. Now I am 25 and I started drinking last year. I have noticed that whenever I drink alcohol, I breakout with pimples.
Please hlp me out. Really irritated with this.
