Hi, I Usually Use To Hav Itching Mostly At Night

I usually use to hav itching mostly at night wenever I sweat alot but nw it is spreading across my hip to thighs aswell..Infact I hav d same in my legs n arms wen I sweat alot..I hav used many treatment in last three years like Scabfree cream n Cosvate cream n Quadriderm cream..They remain effective for a week n again d itching is back twice d strength..My entire hip has turned in redish tone with small bumps..These bumps increase on itching n grows in numbers..In d morning, bumps remain but itching stops..I hav not been able to get permanent relief from d same.Sick of trying steroid creams bcoz It has also worsened d situation..No family member has such problem..I hav no major health issues..Sweat is d major prob n looks like some bacterial problem..I reside in chennai..Let me know any skin expert for d same..
