Hi, I Visited The ER Today With Concerns Of A

Hi, I visited the ER today with concerns of a throat infection. I was told there was no throat infection just irritation from nasel drip and sinus congestion. Since then (16hrs ago) my throat on either side of my uvela has swollen tremendously, especially the right side. I've been gargling salt water for three hours and while it's helped it's still quite swollen. Is it safe for me to sleep tonight?
