Hi, I Vomited Last Night And Afterwards Was Ok. Shortly

Hi, I vomited last night and afterwards was ok. Shortly afterwards I had a cracker and think inhaled some crumbs. I coughed for about an hour. I was finally able to get to sleep after a few hours because I was worried about whether I needed help or not. I woke all seems ok but when I start to walk around it feels like there is something in my lung. I keep having to clear my throat. Also there is a mild pain in my lung. Should I be worried?
