Hi , I Wake Up Most Mornings With My Eyes

Hi , I wake up most mornings with my eyes somewhat swollen especially in the area below my eyes but occasionally my eyelids also, along with small amounts of sticky stuff that dries a little crusty. I have been getting my eyelashes professionally done for some time and did not experience this in the beginning.
At times I feel quite congested and heavy below my eyes like in my sinus area
