Hi, I Walk Up With A Swollen Eyelid Close To

Hi,
I walk up with a swollen eyelid close to my nose and very eachy?
I washed with a soup and eater and put some Neosporin creme on it?
I am traveling so I can not go to my regular eye doctor?
Is Neosporin creme safe to put on the eyelid for that matter and what else can I do?
Please advise!
